I’m Bria Howser. A month ago, I thought the weirdest thing to happen to me was my brother Jake disappearing one day, resurfacing only long enough to demand I move to a new town in the middle of nowhere and buy a security system. I had no idea that was just the beginning.
Now, I’m being chased down for magik I didn’t know I had—powerful, rare healing magik that might be at the root of why Jake went missing. And why I’m now being hunted and tormented by quite literal demons.
My only guide in this new world is Daniel, a demon Hunter with a past he keeps as close to his chest as Jake’s reasons for hiding me away. But now I’m starting to wonder if the two aren’t related.
